This one-day overview provides participants with a foundational understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and its role in monitoring, controlling, and improving process performance. Through presentations, examples, and practical exercises, participants will learn the basic principles of process variation, control charts, process stability, and capability analysis using the AIAG & VDA SPC methodology.

This course is consistent with the SPC Reference Manual (2nd Edition) issued by GM, Ford and Stellantis and the AIAG & VDA SPC Manual.
