System FMEA / DFMEA / DVP&R / Characteristics Linkage

Course Duration: 3 Days - 8 Hours/day

This three-day course provides:

Insight into VDA-approach of how to conduct DFMEA analysis.
An understanding of the difference between the VDA and the AIAG FMEA approach.
Application of Block (Boundary) Diagrams and Parameter (P) diagrams in developing the scope of the FMEA.
The topics DVP&R / Characteristics Linkage are covered, but the focus of the course is on conducting DFMEA.

This course is offered in a dynamic and practical way with minimal lecture and more focus on student workshop breakouts and discussion.
