This one-day course is intended to provide participants with an overview of CQI-28, Traceability Guidelines, which, along with internationally recognized quality management system standards and customer-specific requirements, are key to reducing and eliminating the impact of escapes to the organization and customer.

This course will also provide participants with an understanding of the purpose and functionality of the Traceability Assessment to ensure the traceability system is effective.
