This two-day course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) using the AIAG & VDA SPC Manual. Through presentations, examples, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to monitor process stability, evaluate machine and process performance, interpret SPC results, and apply appropriate control strategies. The course also introduces the expanded use of specialized control charts for non-normal, multivariate, and unilateral applications.

This course is consistent with the SPC Reference Manual (2nd Edition) issued by GM, Ford and Stellantis and the AIAG & VDA SPC Manual.
